Mayhem

The Mayhem is a black metal band, founded in 1984 in Oslo, Norway. It is considered one of the best and most important bands in the history of black metal world. The name came from the band Mayhem "Mayhem With Mercy", found on the album "Welcome to Hell" (1981), the British band Venom, considered the first black metal band in history. The band soon gained great reputation around the world because of controversial events in the early '90s, including the suicide of Dead, the murder of Euronymous by Varg Vikernes and the burning of Norwegian churches.

The Mayhem has gone through a variety of styles within the Black Metal and is considered by many as one of the best and one of the pillars of Norwegian Black Metal .

1000 Funerals

It all started in August 2005 when Parichehr (Pixy) Circus and joined together to play songs that address the perdition of love. The first album, Portrait of a Dream, came out in 2005 and was attended by Hamid (Avina) and Afshin. In December 2005, just five months, the band broke up once Pixy was going to marry and her husband was against the metal.
In 2011, the band returns releasing a new album called "Butterfly Decadence. " With six tracks including a cover of Shape Of Despair.

Funeral

Funeral was formed in 1991 by drummer (then guitarist) Anders Eek Angell and Thomas is certainly one of the hottest traditional and pioneer of the doom metal funeral doom.
In 1994, Toril Snyen (vocals) joined the band, and the demo 'Beyond All Sunsets' was recorded. That caught the attention of the Norwegian label Arctic Serenades, which led to the release of "Tragedies, " in 1995. These releases have resulted in variation of Doom Metal, Funeral Doom call.

Unfortunately had many lineup changes and low as the bassist Einar Frederiksen's suicide in 2003, which led the band to sit still for a year and a half. Three years after the guitarist Christian Loos was found dead at his home. Even with all that the band is still active in today with the sound a little different, because today no longer has female vocals, but still with a high level sound.

Akelei

Akelei is a band from the Netherlands, based in the province of North-Brabant. The group is born in the spring of 2006, after a meeting between Misha and Ward. They share ambitions to write emotional and atmospheric music. The first year many ideas are shared and recorded, then worked out into proper songs. The first demo is out in 2008, presenting 4 songs of atmospheric doom metal. A steady line-up comes together in early 2009 and the year is subsequently spent on stage while also writing new songs. Studio recordings for the band’s debut album take place during February and March of 2010. The resulting full-length, entitled ‘De Zwaarte van het Doorstane’, is self-released in the autumn, at the ninth Dutch Doom Days festival. The band is currently working to play more gigs and continues to write songs.

Les Discrets, French band created by graphic artist and composer, Fussy Teyssier in 2003. Fussy, a former member of defunct Amesouers, a band that combined post rock, shoegaze and black metal, besides the graphic works of bands like Alcest, The American Dollar, and Agalloch Amesoeurs own.

In the band, besides Fussy on guitar, bass and vocals also has Winterhalter (Alcest, Amesoeurs) on drums and vocals Hadorn Audrey.
